Normally we ask for about a 50% deposit by check within a week of confirmation, to confirm your reservation. Upon receipt You will receive written confirmation and maps. At that point, if you do need to cancel, we do ask for a 30 day cancellation notice less a 15% handling fee. We routinely ask for the final 50% and fully refundable security deposit of $200 upon arrival. All rates subject to 7% new mexico sales tax.

Rates may be higher certain holidays and for shorter stays than our required minimum number of nights. Rates are based on double occupancy. $10 per night per additional child, $15 per additional adult up to a maximum of 6 people.  

Very well behaved dogs are accepted for an additional charge of $10/night or $50/week. We do ask that dogs not be left unattended in the Casita unless they are in a kennel. We provide a dog gate to confine pets to the outside deck. If owners are comfortable with it, dogs can be left on the shaded deck in the warmer months.
